Generic Names Flunisolide 
Description This inhaled aerosol spray decreases inflammation in airways, which have become narrower and decreases the chances of an asthma attack.  
Dosage Adults inhale 2 puffs (80 mcg/puff) twice a day, not more than 8 puffs per day.

Children 6 to 11 years old inhale 1 puff twice a day, not more than 4 puffs per day. 
Precautions Flunisolide should not be used as a quick-relief medication. 
Side Effects Headache, upper respiratory tract infections, nausea, upset stomach, cold symptoms, and flu. 
Proper Use See instructions for correct use of inhaler. Rinse mouth after use to prevent fungal growth. Use every day for best results. 
Common Interactions None reported. 
Proper Storage Keep clean and dry. Store between 15 and 30 degrees C (59 and 86 degrees F).
